Subtropical forests, old ruins, salt ponds, rich mangroves, seagrass beds and coral reefs connect ridge to reef.






Join resident, marine scientist and naturalist, Dr. Barry Devine aboard the 18' Sea Fox. Barry has worked many years with the University of the V.I. mapping, exploring and being amazed by this unique area. His book "Island Peak to Coral Reef" is a popular guide to the plant and marine communities of the Virgin Islands. Barry will take you on a fascinating tour of the East End where you will learn amazing facts about the history and ecology of the East End and discover remote, underwater worlds you've only dreamed of. Cruise the shores of of Hurricane Hole and Round Bay.

Beachcomb at Hansen, Privateer anad Newfound.

Sunbathe at remote Saba Bay.

Visit the mangrove reef in Hurricane Hole.

Swim with turtles, jacks, snappers and barracuda ........ enjoy every minute.
