Our Bracelet Care, Shipping and Policies
Our first wholesale business on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands was launched in 1982. Moon Mosaic blossomed in 1998. We have two web sites featuring this original design of the St John Island Hook Bracelet by Shannon Sterling of St. John. We are also an established wholesale purveyor marketing a wide variety of jewelry and handcrafts to fine retail shops located in the British and U.S. Virgin Islands.
We are a local enterprise and each of our Sterling Silver pieces is handmade.
BRACELET CARE TIPS
Silver is a soft metal and can be damaged, darkened and pitted by harsh chemicals such as chlorine and should not be worn in pools or hot tubs. Liquid “jewelry cleaner” should never be used on silver, pearls or soft stones such as opals. The bracelets can be worn in the ocean. They enjoy a fresh water shower with a little gentle shampoo bath afterwards. They can be wiped with any soft no-nap cloth for light cleaning. Use a silver cream or jewelry polishing cloth for a special shine.
We ship US Priority mail to all of the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Most addresses in the continental United States should receive their orders within 4 to 7 business days of placing the order.
Payment Options: PayPal is our secure payment processor for transactions on our web site. They accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. They will also accept Debit Cards that have a Visa or Master Card logo.
Order Processing: We normally ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. We have all items not otherwise noted in stock.
Special Orders: We will be happy to work with you on any special orders you have in mind. Contact us with your request. Please bear in mind; our products are made by hand. Given enough time, we can usually satisfy your request.
Exchange/Return Policy: We want you to be pleased with your purchases. We provide detailed product and size information on our site. We display good quality, realistic photos of our products. Please contact us if you need further information on a specific item. The returned merchandise must be in new and resalable condition, unworn and without marks or damage of any kind.
You must contact us at email@example.com to request an exchange or refund. We must receive the item within 30 days of your original purchase date. You must return the piece unworn and undamaged and in the original packaging along with a copy of your invoice. Please return the item to the return address on your shipment or contact us for the correct address.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your return for the replacement value, as we will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
It is wise to use US Priority Mail. We will not issue a refund or exchange until we receive your return.
